The ability to talk to your clients when they hit your website right from you cell phone and in the moment means you can close more business opportunities by effectively communicating your services and pricing right through the app.

Phone: Ringcentral or Dialpad 

I currently use both for different branches of my business. Having a professional phone number, AI Voice to text voicemail, and Call routining allows me to community while on the road like a professional.

Server Software: PST or Servemanager 

I have used both systems and while I prefer PST and their customer support. I can't say enough about what having a Server tool does for the automation and time savings as you scale to a bigger company.

Skip Trace: TLO or Delvepoint 

All of us have used the garbage data and paid a premium for it. Take the time to get one of these premium data providers set up for your business and you will pay $1-$5 for the best data money can buy.

Virtual Mailbox: IPostal

Nowadays people are getting weird. You don't want to use your home address as your business location. I have IPostal for many locations and I'm able to get verified with Google and everything. They scan my mail and all for less than $50 per month.  

Insta/Facebook: AIManychat 

Manychat allows me to create content using AI tools and never look back. Instagram, TikTok and Snap all get auto posted it and if somebody engages me on those platforms Manychat will have a conversation with them bringing them to my website.

LinkedIn: Sales Navigator

This tool is essential when you are trying to connect with Attorneys. SN will let you create a "Persona" of the type of person you are trying to connect with and fill your pipeline with potential customers you're after.

Routes: Roadwarrior

Not just for routing your serves. Roadwarrior will let you save favorites. I always save my top attorney clients one color and potential clients in another. This allows me to add them to my route when I'm in the area.

CRM: Pipedrive

Having a CRM that is built to send emails, text messages and remind you to make a call is essential when you're in the growth phase of your business. Pipedrive also integrates with many AI tools that I teach you about in our Mighty Marketing Course.

Livestream and Record: Streamyard.com 

Record, Go live on 8 platforms at the same time, and schedule your videos to publish / go live at any time. This tool is also great for hosting a podcast while each person is in a different location.

AI Short Form Video Creation: Opus Pro

This AI tool is great for taking long pieces of content and clipping it into shorter segments. Even vertical style that is less then 90 seconds for reels or less than 60 for YouTube Shorts.

Auto Post to other platforms: Repurpose.io 

Repurpose is how I tie it all together. If one platform doesn't take to another using the other tools above. This one always has a solution. It is also my favorite way of automating my podcast. Go live and Repurpose will create a new episode in Libsyn Podcast Hosting.

AI Content Creation: ChatGPT or Gemeni

This is where content can be made at scale. If you can "Prompt" it with the right question or phrase it will write almost magical content for your brand. A wonderful tool for Blogs and Newsletters.

Direct Mail: MailboxPower.com

People say that mailing is dead. That's simply not true. Junk Mail is dead and it always has been. What Mailbox power allows me to do. With the click of a few buttons inside of my CRM Pipedrive, a potential customer will receive a preset campaign of mailers that will keep us top of mind.
