Hi Mark! I’d recommend looking into Transcend or Axon body cameras. The Axon Body 3 is worth checking out if you’re looking for something professional and reliable, while the BOBLOV M7 is another option if you want something more budget-friendly. I’d focus on clear video and audio, good battery life, easy one-button recording, and enough storage for a full day of service attempts. My team uses the Transcend series. It has pretty much only has two buttons, on, standbye mode and a smaller button to take a quick photo snap, etc. IMO, quality is great and I've been clumsy with it and it has been dropped many times, with zero issues so far. Of course you can buy a ton of cheap cams, but as they say, you get what you pay for (well usually) :)
