Cookie Policy

Last updated: April 15, 2026

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to store information, remember preferences, and enable functionality. We also use related technologies — including HTML5 local storage, session storage, pixel tags, and web beacons — which we refer to collectively as “cookies” throughout this policy.

2. Our legal basis

For strictly necessary cookies, we rely on our legitimate interest in operating a secure, functional service. For all other categories (analytics, marketing, functional) we rely on your prior, informed, freely given consent in line with the EU ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, and comparable US state laws (including the CCPA/CPRA, VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, and UCPA). You can accept all categories, reject all non-essential categories, or pick individual categories from the banner shown on your first visit.

3. Cookie categories we use

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to operate. They enable authentication, security, load balancing, and remembering your consent choices. These cookies are always active and do not require consent under applicable law.

Functional

Remember preferences you've set — theme, layout, dismissed prompts — so the platform behaves consistently across visits. Only set with your consent.

Analytics

Help us understand how the platform is used so we can improve it. Includes page views, feature usage, error tracking, and aggregated performance data. Only set with your consent.

Marketing

Measure the performance of our marketing campaigns and, where applicable, allow our advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other sites. Only set with your consent.

4. Specific cookies we set today

The table below lists the cookies our platform sets directly. As we enable new analytics or marketing tools, we will update this table and re-prompt for consent where required.

5. Third-party cookies

When we enable analytics, marketing, or embedded content, those providers may set their own cookies. We will list every such provider in section 4 above before they start running and will require your consent first. Common providers we may add include Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Stripe (for payment flows; Stripe cookies fall under strictly necessary when you are in a checkout).

6. Managing your preferences

You can change your cookie choices at any time:

  • Click Cookie Preferences in the site footer to reopen the preferences panel.
  • Use your browser's privacy controls to delete or block cookies. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies will break sign-in and other core features.
  • For mobile devices, use the system-level tracking controls (for example, iOS App Tracking Transparency).

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over the personal information we collect through cookies, including rights of access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out of sale or sharing, and non-discrimination. See our Privacy Policy for the full list and instructions for exercising those rights.

8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where supported. If your browser sends a valid GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information under US state privacy laws. Because there is no consistent industry standard for the legacy “Do Not Track” header, we do not currently respond to it.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy to reflect new features, cookies, or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the changes are material, re-request your consent through the cookie banner.
