Field sheets are the proof-of-service documents generated for each job. MPS offers three versions: Mighty (default branded), Custom Branded (uses your company logo and colors — Premium), and Incognito (no branding at all — Premium). Configure your preferred version in Organization Settings → Field Sheet Settings.

After a job is assigned to you, view the job details for the servee name, address, and documents. Print a field sheet for the field. Make service attempts and log them in the app. Once served, generate the affidavit of service directly from the platform.

Yes! Premium and Enterprise members can generate a widget key in Organization Settings → AI Chat Widget. You get three embed options: a standalone URL, an iframe embed, or a JavaScript chat bubble that floats on your website. The widget is white-labeled with your brand colors and includes a "Powered by MightyAutomationAI" footer.

To create a job, click the Create Job button in your dashboard. Upload your legal documents, enter client details, and the AI will auto-fill case information from the PDFs. Review the extracted data side-by-side with the documents, then assign a process server.

Payments are managed through the platform's accounting system. When a client submits payment during job creation, the amount and reference number are tracked. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect. Check your Accounting tab for payment history and statements.

When you upload legal documents during job creation, MightyAutomationAI reads the PDFs using advanced OCR and vision AI. It extracts case numbers, court details, servee names, addresses, and filing dates automatically. You verify the extracted data against the original documents in a side-by-side view.

The Dispatch Board is your operational command center (Enterprise/Premium only). It shows all jobs across your organization in three tabs: Pending (awaiting server assignment), Active (server assigned, work in progress), and Completed. You can assign servers, review bids, and manage job flow from one screen.

The Mighty Affidavit Generator automatically creates court-ready proof of service documents from your job data. Here's how it works: 1. When you create a job, the system identifies the state and document type. 2. It recommends the correct proof of service template — whether that's a state-specific mandatory form (like California POS-010 or New Jersey CN 10534), a declaration under penalty of perjury (accepted in 22 states), or a notarized affidavit. 3. All merge fields (party names, case number, service address, attempt dates and times, server license info) are auto-filled from the job record. 4. After successful service, the affidavit generates instantly — the server just signs. 5. For states requiring notarization, the notary block is included automatically. No manual form selection. No retyping data. No missing fields. The entire process takes seconds, not hours.

Mighty Process Server offers three tiers: Individual ($37/month) for solo servers who manage their own jobs; Premium for dispatch companies that assign jobs to servers; and Enterprise for large organizations with full platform access. Free servers can only execute jobs assigned to them.
