  • Can you provide references or case-study examples from law firm clients?

Place the serve

  • Provide complete documents, address, and special filing-deadline instructions.
  • Attach supporting forms, civil cover sheets, or fee waivers if required.
  • Specify substitute service rules and any do-not-serve restrictions.
  • Confirm the fee structure: per-serve, mileage, rush service, and affidavit costs.
  • Get a written order confirmation with deadline expectations.

After service

  • Receive legible proof of service or affidavit of service promptly.
  • Verify the proof contains the time, date, address, method, and server signature.
  • Confirm eFiling or physical filing was completed if you requested it.
  • Store the proof in your case-management system and attach it to the docket.
  • Leave a public review if the service was accurate and on time.
