Delete Your Account
Account and personal-data deletion for Mighty Process Server.
Step 1 — Cancel your subscription
If your account has an active subscription, cancel it first from Profile menu → Billing & Plans. Accounts with an active subscription cannot be deleted until the subscription is canceled.
Step 2 — Confirm deletion
Sign in below and confirm. You can also reach this page from Profile menu → Delete Account inside the app. Your account is hidden immediately when you confirm, and our team permanently deletes your data within 30 days.
What gets deleted — and what we keep
Deletion removes your account and associated personal data: profile, contact details, uploaded photos, saved signatures, and login credentials. As a records-based legal-services platform, we are required to retain certain business records — such as invoices, payment history, and proof-of-service documents tied to filed court work — where the law requires it. Retained records are held only for their legal retention period and are not used for any other purpose.
