Somone please provide a link as to where I can make custom forms and or upload one to be added to the database to always be available as fillable .pdf
Is this request even a thing or am I making it up?
I have a server who's writing is not very readable and this will be the only way they can stay on.

Hi Tony! You can send me your preferred affidavit PDF, and I’ll be happy to upload it and map it out for you in the Dashboard. Once you create a job and fill in all the required information, the system will automatically populate the affidavit with the details needed, so your server won’t have to handwrite everything. You can send the PDF to support@mightyprocessserver.com, and I’ll take care of it for you!
