Do I need an account to order process service?

No. Individuals can submit this form, pay or send the request, and Mighty Process Server assigns a process server. Law firms still create a free client account.

Can I submit without paying?

Yes. Unpaid orders are still reviewed by Mighty Process Server. Paying at checkout funds the order immediately.

Is this for process servers?

No. Process servers sign up as an agency or individual member. This page is only for people who need documents served.
