How to find process server jobs nationwide

what's up you guys in today's video I am going to teach you how you can get process server jobs across the country that actually pay you a decent amount so stick around we're gonna dive into it all right so let's get into it the first thing you got to know is that process servers serve legal documents to people and I should say deliver for the sake of knowing how to do things I'm gonna use the word deliver from now on okay but how can you get process server jobs there 's a word I want you to memorize it's called affiliate affiliate companies are companies like mine one two three legal support that higher process servers all over the country the thing is we need people in that area who can do it a certain way see every legal document has to be served a little bit of a different way for different states so wherever it was filed that's where the legal documents rules apply so if something was filed in California and I want to have it served in Texas we go by California rules when it comes to how that paper can be served but Texas has their own rules for example process servers who are certified in Texas cancer on Sunday or is in California they can so that's just a little background on process servers and how it is they are how it is they're managed right and how it is that they do what they do so depending on what state you're in it's going to change the rules for a something like that right so they make a profit you're out there knocking on doors serving the papers that's how it works okay when I first started in the industry and I was serving papers I said you would see on the proof of service some of these jobs are getting paid like $250 I'm getting 25 I'm like how does that make sense the thing you have to understand is a lot of these big companies you know some people will talk all day about how they have a huge office and buildings and I don't care about all that they're like so what paid me more right but the thing that is true that I've learned as I've grown my company to be one of the most recognized legal support brands across the country and one of the biggest e-filing companies in California thinking you have to understand is sometimes they're serving multiple locations sometimes they're serving places like they'll try to serve it at three different addresses to three different using three different process servers and they put all of those fees on the proof of service they're like why did they do that that doesn't make sense it does because the proof the final proof of service that goes on file when they try to collect fees right because you know whoever wins the case gets doesn't have to pay the fees sometimes that's a case sometimes the situation where the losing party has to pay all the fees all those fees have to be on the proof of service okay so that's a little explanation about that so they might have paid each of you guys twenty five dollars they made a hundred and you know whatever it now washes out at the end of the day but just know that when you first start out you're not going to get paid probably a hundred dollars to serve I do teach you in the community my process server how to do that I have a process serving companies need you boots on the ground to be professional and to serve it some of the people I love to hire the most are notary publics if you're a notary public a private investigator a medical records research records retrieval person all these people are great for process serving only because they're already kind of mobile like driving around and doing this type of job and so if that sounds like you you know do it because as you start serving for affiliates you're going to learn how to do the job and then eventually you'll be able to transition into having your own website boom so they could say done because they want to just like paralegals they want to check the box on sent for service and if they can't do that they have to keep calling so if you don't if you don't answer the phone they're going to call somebody else and somebody else and somebody else until they finally find the person who answers the phone why because if you're not willing to answer the phone to get the job what makes them think you're going to answer the phone when they want to find out status when they want to find out details about the serve that you didn't include in your email okay
